Fat: 44g Goal is: 52g /24%
Exercise: jog, 69 min = 897 cals, + weights, 50 min = 350 cals + walk, 1 hr = 196 = 1443 cals total
DAILY TOTAL: Intake - Exercise = 117 (1483 cals under the 1600 I use per day)
