Saturday and Sunday

Took the tree down Saturday, and took it to get chippeded up, spent the rest of the day out shopping. Sunday was spent up at the mountain boarding.

SATURDAY

Food was mainly healthy today, but fat is too high and protien too low!

Protien: 84 g
Fat: 58 g
Carbs: 152 g

Exercise:
another break day
walking, 2 hr = 383 cals

DAILY TOTAL: Intake - Exercise = 1115 (485 cals under the 1600 I use per day)

SUNDAY
:
Again food was mainly healthy, but fat is too high
Calories: 1926
Protien: 102 G
Fat: 77 G
Carbs: 217 G

Exercise:
snowboarding, 5 hrs = 2039 cals burned

DAILY TOTAL: Intake - Exercise = -113 (1713 cals under the 1600 I use per day)
