Man, had no energy tonight tonight for my cardio. Had some caffine b4 my elliptical at level 10 - 11 which had my HR at about 74% max. My usual HR is 85 - 95% MAX without feeling pooped, that's level 14 for me right now.

Exercise:
eliptical, 60 min = 650 cals
walking, 30 min = 120 cals
total = 770 cals burned
DAILY TOTAL: Intake - Exercise = 1045 (544 cals under the 1600 I use per day)
